Warwick Rhode Island Real Estate

Welcome to… Warwick

Whoever said “You can’t have it all” has never set foot in Warwick, Rhode Island. The city was recently named Rhode Island’s “Best Place to Live” by Money magazine based on its economic health, public education and cost of living. Low crime, ease of living, diversity and amenities were cited as secondary factors for the award.

Thanks to Warwick’s 39 miles of coastline, residents and visitors enjoy multiple beaches, views of Narragansett Bay and Greenwich Bay, marinas and waterfront homes. Sound secluded and relaxing? Only if you want to be.

If the hustle and bustle of a city is what you’re looking for, Warwick delivers. The second-largest city in Rhode Island is home to two major shopping malls and T.F. Green Airport, where travelers can catch domestic and international flights. If you’re traveling by car, you’ll arrive in Providence in 10 minutes and Boston in under an hour. Commuter rail takes you easily to Boston and back. Notable neighborhoods in Warwick include Cowesett, Buttonwoods, Pawtuxet Village, Apponaug and Potowomut, just to name a few.

Warwick is rich with art, culture and history. The walking trails at Rocky Point Park provide scenic views for nature lovers. History is alive at the city’s various parks and lighthouses, including Conimicut Light, built in 1883. It’s also evident in the community involvement and attendance at the famed Gaspee Days Parade, a celebration of the state’s revolutionary history.
