Laurie has been licensed since 1989, formerly with REMAX for 25 years. During that time, she was a member of the “RE/MAX 100% Club” – (which recognizes associates who earn $100,000 to $249,999 in gross commissions) and “Hall of Fame Member” (this prestigious award is given to REMAX agents who have demonstrated success and professionalism in their field, achieving $1 Million in gross commissions throughout their career with REMAX).

Laurie's experience encompasses the buying and selling aspects of single-family, multi-families, condominiums, new construction, and vacant land for both residential and commercial properties and is knowledgeable in areas of foreclosures, tax sales, short sales, and zoning laws. Laurie's professional affiliations include Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Staging Professional, Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate of Realtors Institute, Senior Real Estate Specialist, Member of Rhode Island Association of Realtors®, Member of Kent Washington County Board of Realtors®, Member of Kent Washington Professional Standards Committee, and past Member of Kent Washington Grievance Committee.

Laurie is a graduate of both the Realtors® Institute and The American Paralegal Institute of Paralegal Studies and has been a member of The Greater Warwick Lions Club for the past 15 years. She is a delegate for Hasbro Children’s Hospital Cancer Program, is an active advocate with the Rhode Island Homeless Shelter, Veterans and Elderly Affairs and is a member of the City of Warwick Community Service (CSO).
