With years of experience in retail and customer service, Shannon brings a service-oriented approach to real estate. Her background includes over a year as an Administrative Professional at a real estate agency, where she honed her skills in client relations and effectively showcased products and services. Shannon strives to exceed her clients' expectations at every step of the real estate process.

Since joining RI Real Estate Services, Shannon has been honored to serve on several committees aimed at benefiting both her colleagues and the Rhode Island community. In 2018, she joined the Education Committee, focusing on educating fellow realtors about the industry. The following year, she became part of the Community Outreach Committee, helping to organize initiatives like beach cleanups and Habitat for Humanity projects. Recently, she was nominated for the Board of Directors of the Kent Washington Association of Realtors.

Outside of work and spending time with her four grandchildren, Shannon has a passion for long-distance running. She began running in May 2016, and by November 2017, after dedicated training, she completed her first marathon. Her commitment to improving her performance drives her to participate in various races throughout Rhode Island and she continues marathon running to this day.

Whether clients are buying or selling a home, Shannon offers the market knowledge, customer service skills, and determination necessary to make their real estate transaction a success.
